Product Introduction
This product features a PET substrate with high surface flatness, excellent thermal resistance, and a low alignment angle, coated on its surface with an ultra-thin release layer formulated for polarizing films. It is primarily used for coating polarizing films and their protective films.
Product Features
1. Processed in a Class 100 cleanroom environment, ensuring high product cleanliness;
2. The coating is applied uniformly, with no iridescent streaks and a smooth film surface, exhibiting excellent defect control and facilitating subsequent processing steps.
3. High residual adhesion (≥90%), with no adverse effects on the bonded materials and no contamination;
4. Excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance effectively ensure reliable performance under harsh environmental conditions;
5. The film exhibits excellent leveling and smoothness, and shows no adverse interactions when matched with the polarizer adhesive layer.

Product Packaging
1. Products are typically packaged in cardboard boxes on pallets or in bare-pallet packaging.
2. Each carton shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and a packing list, and each pallet shall bear one copy of the product inventory.
3. Packaging may also be carried out in accordance with the user agreement.
