Product Introduction
This product uses optical-grade PET as the base material and applies an ultra-thin release coating formulated with OCA to its surface. It is suitable for applications in optical films and other fields, and is also widely used in die-cut products, adhesive products, and both UV-curable and thermally curable formulations, providing excellent isolation and protection.
Product Features
1. Processed in a Class 100 cleanroom environment, ensuring high product cleanliness.
2. Coating is uniform, the film surface is smooth and free of iridescence and other defects, with stringent control over film surface imperfections.
3. High residual adhesion (≥85%), with no adverse effects on the bonded materials and no contamination.
4. Excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance effectively ensure reliable performance under harsh environmental conditions.
5. Exhibits excellent compatibility with various OCA adhesives and does not affect the performance of OCA adhesives.
