Product Introduction
This product uses high-flatness, high-temperature-resistant PET as the base material and applies an ultra-thin release coating formulated for MLCCs on its surface. It is primarily used in MLCCs, chip components, RF components, and similar applications.
Product Features
1. Processed in a Class 1,000 cleanroom environment, ensuring high product cleanliness;
2. The coating is applied uniformly, with a smooth film surface and extremely tight tolerances, facilitating subsequent processing steps.
3. High residual adhesion (≥85%), with no adverse effects on the bonded materials and no contamination;
4. Excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance effectively ensure reliable performance under harsh environmental conditions;
5. Excellent film leveling and smoothness ensure the flatness of the ceramic layer and the neatness of its stacking.

Product Packaging
1. Products are typically packaged in cardboard boxes on pallets or in bare-pallet packaging;
2. Each carton shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity and a packing list, and each pallet shall bear one copy of the product inventory.
3. Packaging may also be carried out in accordance with the user agreement.
